Get engaged with Nearpod!

This is a nice idea. Teachers designing and pushing out the learning to their students. Looks like it could be fun and engaging for students and teachers. When I figure out how I'm going to use this with my students I'll share the outcomes here, I think I'll start by exploring the topic of cyber safety,

Completed CS002x: Programming in Scratch edX


I was planning to do this course with and selection of Year 6 students. This did not come to fruition however I did completed this course myself. Some aspects of this would have been appropriate for my students and because it's an open course we could go back to it and try these activities. We will see what Term 2 brings.

This is another course run by Professor Klopfer of MIT. His courses are interesting and well structured. I would recommend them any wanting to start a MOOC.

World Peace Song Project, March 2015



World Peace Song was composed by Women of the World for the World Museum Project partners to sing with their own lyrics.

It was world premiered in the finale of the "Women of the World in Nagoya - Let's connect with the world through music making - Workshop and Concert", held at the Small Hall in the Aichi Art and Culture Center located in Sakae, Nagoya, Japan, on Mar 23, 2015.
