My favourite parts in 'Cry of the Taniwha' were the eruption because it related back to Jack Bolt, when Matt and Juzza found the body, because that also related to Jack Bolt and the way that the characters slowly changed and built up. I also thought it was really clever, the way Ol' Tane was always squawking, it was almost as if he was warning them. But overall I loved the whole BOOK!!!
